CLINICAL NUTRITIONIST + NATUROPATH

Zoë Vigors

I am a naturopathic clinician and clinical nutritionist with a background spanning nursing, integrative practice, and women's health. I hold dual Bachelor of Health Science degrees from Endeavour College of Natural Health alongside a Diploma of Nursing, and began my clinical career in nursing over a decade ago.

It was my own experience with PCOS that first led me to look beyond what conventional medicine was offering. Nursing gave me a deep respect for modern medicine and a clear view of where it falls short. Naturopathy filled that gap, and I have not looked back since.

I have been mentored by, and continue to learn from, some of the most respected clinicians in the integrative health world, and that standard runs through everything I do. My work is evidence-informed, functionally grounded, and built entirely around the individual. I work with advanced conventional and functional pathology, genetic analysis, and practitioner-only prescribing to find what is actually going on, and treat it properly.

Irish-born, Australia-trained, and now back home. I built Zoeopathy to bring the standard of naturopathic care that is well established in Australia to women in Ireland.

From the Ward to Root-Cause Care.

Nursing taught me how the body fails. Naturopathy taught me why. After years working in conventional medicine, I understood its value, and its limits. I kept seeing people who were technically fine on paper but anything but fine in their lives. That gap is what brought me to integrative practice. I work at the intersection of both worlds, which means nothing gets dismissed and nothing gets overlooked. The goal is never just to manage. It's to understand, address the root, and leave you with a body that works better long term.
