Cancellation Policy
Introduction
Dedicated appointment time is reserved exclusively for you from the moment you book. This policy exists to ensure that clinical time is used well, that appointment availability remains fair across all clients, and that the standard of care I provide is not compromised by last-minute changes.
Please read this policy carefully before booking. By completing a booking with Zoeopathy, you agree to the terms set out below.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
Notice Required
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Notice must be provided in writing via email to [hello@zoeopathy.com], or through the Practice Better client portal.
Cancellations With Sufficient Notice (48+ Hours)
If you cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours notice, your appointment will be cancelled or moved without penalty. Where payment has already been made, a credit will be applied to your account for use toward a future booking, valid for 12 months from the date of cancellation.
Cancellations Within the Notice Period (Less Than 48 Hours)
If you cancel or request to reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, the full session fee is forfeited. No refund or credit will be issued.
This applies regardless of the reason for cancellation. I encourage you to contact me as early as possible if you anticipate needing to change your appointment, so that I can do my best to accommodate you where circumstances allow.
No-Shows
A no-show is defined as failing to attend a scheduled appointment without any prior notice.
In the event of a no-show, the full session fee will be charged. Where payment was made at the time of booking, no refund or credit will be issued. Where payment is outstanding, an invoice will be issued and is due within seven days.
Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay future appointments in full, or in termination of our working relationship.
Late Arrivals
If you have not joined the video call within 15 minutes of the scheduled start time and I have not heard from you, the appointment will be treated as a no-show and the full session fee will apply.
If you join late, the session will run for the remaining scheduled time only. The full session fee applies regardless of how much time remains. A full appointment allows me to conduct a thorough clinical review and provide the standard of care your health goals deserve. Shortened appointments may limit the depth of assessment and recommendations I am able to provide.
Cancellations by Zoeopathy
In the rare event that I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I will provide as much notice as possible and offer you an alternative appointment at a time that suits you. Where rescheduling is not possible, a full refund or credit will be issued. No cancellation fee will apply where a cancellation is initiated by me.
Exceptional Circumstances
I recognise that genuine emergencies arise. If you are facing an exceptional circumstance, please reach out to me directly at [hello@zoeopathy.com] and I will consider your situation individually. I am not obligated to make exceptions to this policy, but I will always approach such requests with fairness and good judgement.

Please do not attempt to cancel via social media, as these channels are not monitored for clinical or administrative requests.
