Disclaimer for Services
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered through this website unless alternative terms are explicitly provided to you in writing.
Services Offered
Zoeopathy is a specialist telehealth practice offering naturopathic and clinical nutrition consultations to clients in Australia, Ireland, and internationally, with a clinical focus on hormonal health, reproductive health, and gut health in women. Services include:
Naturopathic and clinical nutrition consultations: Initial consultation, Return consultations, and Acute consultations, delivered via telehealth video call.
Discovery calls: A brief introductory call to determine clinical suitability and ensure we are a good fit before committing to a consultation or package.
My approach integrates the best available evidence in nutritional and naturopathic medicine with a thorough understanding of each client's individual history, presentation, and goals. The intention is not simply to address symptoms, but to identify and treat underlying contributors to ill health, and to equip you with the knowledge and tools to sustain your wellbeing long-term.
Why Work With Me?
I hold a Bachelor of Health Science in Nutritional and Dietetic Medicine, a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy, and a Diploma of Nursing. My clinical training spans integrative medicine, functional nutrition, herbal medicine, and nursing, providing a broad and rigorous foundation for the care I deliver.
I maintain a professional membership with the Australian Natural Therapists Association (ANTA: 28744) and fulfil annual continuing professional education requirements to ensure my practice reflects current evidence and upholds the highest standards of professional conduct.
Zoeopathy specialises in hormonal health, reproductive health, and gut health for women, with particular expertise in menstrual cycle irregularities, fertility and preconception care, endometriosis, PCOS, thyroid health, and gut dysfunction. All consultations are delivered via telehealth and are available to clients in Australia, Ireland, and internationally.
I bring to each consultation not only clinical knowledge, but a genuine commitment to understanding your full picture. My practice is evidence-informed, patient-centred, and deeply integrative, meaning I work collaboratively with your existing healthcare team and always prioritise your safety.
Provider Responsibility
I am committed to delivering evidence-informed naturopathic and nutritional medicine care, guided by current research, sound clinical reasoning, and a thorough assessment of your individual health history and presentation.
My responsibility is to provide you with a personalised, clinically grounded healthcare plan based on the information gathered during our consultations. This includes therapeutic recommendations across supplementation, nutrition, and lifestyle, as well as referrals for functional or pathology testing where clinically indicated.
I do not guarantee specific outcomes. The effectiveness of naturopathic and nutritional interventions is influenced by a range of individual factors including health history, the complexity of a presenting condition, adherence to recommendations, and the presence of concurrent treatments. I will always be transparent with you about what is realistic to expect.
My services are complementary to conventional medical care and do not replace the diagnosis, treatment, or advice of your primary healthcare provider. I actively encourage and support a collaborative approach to your care.
It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical history, current medications, supplements, and treatments you are receiving, so that I can provide the safest and most clinically appropriate care for you.
What I Expect from You
Suitability
You are likely to get the most from working with me if you:
Have a health concern or goal relating to hormonal health, reproductive health, or gut health that you are ready to address with professional clinical support.
Are prepared to take an active role in your health, understanding that sustainable outcomes require commitment across nutrition, lifestyle, and supplementation.
Understand that healing is rarely linear, and that meaningful clinical progress in complex or chronic conditions typically unfolds over a period of months, not weeks.
Are ready to invest a minimum of three months in a structured programme of care.
Are ready to invest financially in your health and wellbeing.
Suitability Considerations
My services may not be appropriate for you if:
You are medically unstable or require acute or emergency care. Please see your GP or attend your nearest emergency department.
You are seeking a single-session resolution to a complex or chronic health condition. Naturopathic care is a sustained clinical process.
You are not in a position to commit to a minimum of three consultations or approximately three months of care.
If you are unsure whether my services are right for you, a discovery call is a good place to start.
Specific Instructions
Following your consultation, I will send you a personalised healthcare plan. I endeavour to send this within five business days of your appointment, though this timeframe may extend where I am awaiting functional test results or other clinical information before finalising my recommendations.
You may be prescribed practitioner-only supplements, including herbal medicines, nutraceuticals, vitamins, and minerals. Your prescription is formulated specifically for your clinical presentation and should be followed as directed. It is not appropriate to share your treatment plan or supplement prescription with others, as these are tailored to your individual needs and health history.
Functional testing, where recommended, will be accompanied by specific collection or preparation instructions from the laboratory. Please follow these carefully to ensure the accuracy and clinical reliability of your results.
Risks
As with pharmaceutical medications, herbal medicines and nutritional supplements carry potential risks and interactions, particularly in the context of concurrent medications or health conditions. A thorough intake process and ongoing disclosure of all substances you are taking allows me to conduct appropriate interaction screening and prescribe safely. Please follow all instructions provided with your prescription. If you experience any adverse effects, contact me promptly. In the case of a suspected allergic reaction or medical emergency, seek immediate medical assistance.
Where lifestyle practices I recommend carry any associated risk, these will be discussed with you at the time of recommendation. Ultimately, you are responsible for the decisions you make regarding your own health.
Limitations
Naturopaths and clinical nutritionists operate outside of conventional medicine and do not diagnose or treat disease in the medical sense. It is important that you maintain an ongoing relationship with your GP or medical doctor, and that you continue any prescribed medical treatments unless advised otherwise by your prescribing practitioner.
I work best as part of a collaborative healthcare team. If you are working with other practitioners, please inform me so that I can coordinate my recommendations accordingly and avoid any duplication or conflict in your care.
Professional Advice
Before making significant changes to your health regimen, including commencing a new exercise programme, please obtain appropriate medical clearance. My services are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, therapy, or counselling. Where concerns arise during our work together that fall outside my clinical scope, I will refer you to an appropriately qualified professional.
Indemnity
Content Accuracy
All content published through Zoeopathy is prepared with clinical diligence and reflects current evidence in naturopathic and nutritional medicine. Notwithstanding this, I do not provide warranties as to the completeness or accuracy of publicly available content, except where required by applicable consumer law. If you identify something that appears to require review, you are welcome to bring it to my attention.
Loss or Damage
While I take all reasonable care to ensure that my services and website content meet a high professional standard, if something goes wrong that is not the direct result of my negligence or deliberate fault, I will not be liable, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for any loss or damage arising from your use of this website or my services, whether or not such damages were foreseeable.
Liability for Advice
Clinical recommendations made during our consultations are based on a thorough assessment of the information you have provided and reflect my professional clinical judgement at the time. You take full responsibility for your implementation of any recommendations. You are solely responsible for any actions you choose to take. You agree to indemnify me against any consequences arising directly or indirectly from your choices.
Cap on Damages
If this indemnity is unenforceable for any reason, my total cumulative liability for all causes of action (other than negligence or deliberate wrongdoing) shall not exceed the total amount you have paid to me.
